About the service
ShopRex is a web-based inventory, sales and rental management application published by TechRex, a sole proprietorship of Gummadi Ramesh Babu based in Pandalapaka, Andhra Pradesh, India. It provides stock management, sales billing, rental tracking, customer balance management, invoicing, reporting and related tools for shops and rental businesses.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to create a ShopRex account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for ensuring that anyone you grant access to your workspace follows these terms.
Trials, plans and billing
ShopRex may offer a free trial and paid subscription plans as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select unless cancelled before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. We may change plan prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
Your data and your responsibilities
You retain ownership of the business records you enter into ShopRex. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of that data — including your customers' personal information — and for complying with tax, invoicing, accounting and record-keeping laws that apply to your business. ShopRex is a record-keeping and billing tool; it does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice, and you remain responsible for how your invoices, rates and records are configured.
Permitted use
You may use ShopRex only for lawful business purposes. You must not (a) use the service to store or process data you have no right to hold; (b) attempt to access another workspace or account without authorisation; (c) interfere with or probe the service's security or infrastructure; (d) reverse-engineer the service except to the extent permitted by law; or (e) resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent.
Service availability
We work to keep ShopRex available and reliable, but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee. Planned maintenance and occasional outages may occur. We recommend exporting important records periodically; export tools are provided within the application.
Intellectual property
The ShopRex application, its name, logo, UI, code and assets are owned by TechRex. Your business data remains yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, process and display that data in order to provide the service to you.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, unlawful use, or non-payment after notice. You may cancel and delete your account at any time. On termination, your right to access the service ends; you may request an export or deletion of your workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopRex is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. TechRex is not liable for business losses arising from stock discrepancies, billing errors, misconfigured tax rates, or decisions made based on reports generated by the service — you remain responsible for verifying your own records. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the fees you have paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Andhra Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence.
